Organizational Reform and Personnel Changes
NACHI-FUJIKOSHI CORP. will strengthen the management structure to utilize the synergy of business, technology and marketing, to develop Nachi Business in the global market as the whole Nachi group, and to achieve the medium term management plan 2006, "Prospect of Nachi Business" for the fiscal years from 2004 to 2006. We will perform the organizational reform and personnel changes mainly in executives to reinforce the strategy planning function, to develop human resources, and to respond to the customers' needs for advanced technology.
Changes in the responsibilities of directors as of February 20, 2004
The number of directors will be increased by one to 16 persons to strengthen the management structure and reduce average age. Directors will be newly in charge of automobile marketing, marketing in China and group management to expand core fields and growing market, and to reinforce the group management.
