Introducing PZH-0B - The smallest-size model added to
the “PZH Series” high-pressure variable displacement piston pump
1. Our initiatives to the market trends
Forging equipment such as press machine is used for the processing of CFRP and titanium from automobiles including EV to the aviation/aerospace fields and the manufacturing of MLCCs (multilayer ceramic capacitors), its demand for equipment is expected to grow significantly. In addition, forging machines are required to be smaller and have higher output due to the increasing needs for saving space and energy.
In 2018, we launched the “PZH series” high-pressure variable-displacement piston pumps with high-pressure specifications, energy-saving, and low-noise suitable for the driving power sources of industrial machinery such as forging machines. To be able to use the optimum pump volume according to machine size, in addition to the existing “PZH-2B” and “PZH-3B”, the “PZH-1B” was added in February 2022 and three sizes are available now.
Recently, we added the smallest “PZH-0B”, that is ideal for small-capacity use, such as small industrial material measuring machines and industrial mixers, contributing to further compactifying and energy-saving of equipment.

①High-pressure specifications
At 35MPa, a common feature of the “PZH-Series”, realizes continuous discharge operation, machine operation is possible with long machine life with stability even under high-pressure operating conditions.
②Energy saving and low noise
Improved energy-saving performance with a mechanism that reduces friction loss and internal leakage. In addition, each sliding part, energysaving performance is improved. In addition, the high-rigidity design also reduces noise during operation.
③Compact and lightweight
The footprint is smaller than letter size, making it the smallest in the series, contributing to the compactness, weight reduction, and cost reduction of machines.
